Yesterday, Officer Ramos of the San Juan Police Department came to DAEP to share her story with our students. Officer Ramos was once a student at our campus and shared how changing her mental outlook and relationships helped her graduate high school with Honors, Magna Cum Laude in college, and Valedictorian of her Police Academy class. Our students really enjoyed interacting with Officer Ramos and it was wonderful seeing her come back and be a positive role model for our students. Thank you Officer Ramos for all you do for your communities!
